Biography

Mr. Michael Hakimi serves as Principal at Odyssey Management Capital. He also served as Operating Executive at Woodlawn Partners. He is primarily responsible for corporate development and execution of strategic transactions on behalf of both Odyssey and its portfolio companies. Mike managed the sale of Progress Telecom to Level 3 Communications in 2006 and the sale of PTH tower assets to Global Tower Partners in 2007. Mike has also served, typically on an interim basis, as a senior executive for various Odyssey portfolio companies including Progress Telecom, PT Holding Company, Tower Cloud, and Channels.com. Mike is an industry veteran with prior operating and transaction experience in the field of communications technology and infrastructure. He founded Chicago-based AIS in 1994 to provide Internet technology solutions to commercial and enterprise clients. With a roster of Fortune 1000 clients, Mike built AIS into Chicago's leading provider of Internet services to the enterprise market.
