Biography
Mr. Jorge Villarejo served as a Partner at Garrigues, Abogados y Asesores Tributarios. He has spent his entire professional career since joining Arthur Andersen. He is currently a member of Garrigues' Board of Partners. His areas of expertise include tax law and company law, especially mergers and acquisitions. He has participated in numerous seminars and conferences on legal and tax matters organized by Garrigues and Arthur Andersen, as well as other entities such as APD, Adegi, the Chamber of Commerce, Club de Marketing de Navarra, Gipuzkoa Bar Association and the Basque Country Government. Author of several articles on these areas in the general and specialized press. Lecturer on various master's courses and on courses organized by the Gipuzkoa Bar Association, Universidad del País Vasco and Universidad de Deusto. Jorge is a member of the Gipuzkoa Bar Association and is registered on the Official Auditors' Register (R.O.A.C).
