Biography

Ms. Julia Fearn serves as Partner at Warren Partners. She specializes in the Financial Services sector, with expertise in board level search (NED and ExCo appointments), working with challenger brands in the retail banking, building society and insurance sectors. Over her career of more than 20 years, she has established a particular strength in CFO search, where she has built an extensive network of loyal clients across a variety of industry sectors. Julia began her career in resourcing with a FTSE 100 plc before setting up her own specialist finance recruitment company, Charterhouse Recruitment, where she was Managing Director for eight years. The catalyst for the creation of the business was her vision to "do things differently" and provide a true consultancy service for clients and candidates based on the principles of respect, integrity and honesty. Following the successful sale of her company in 2007, and prior to joining Warren Partners, Julia was a Partner for a boutique executive search firm where she led the Financial Service practice over a six-year period. She is passionate about identifying top talent for her clients, approaching this also with warmth and professionalism.
