Biography

Mr. Rupert Gibb serves as Partner at Warren Partners. He has extensive Executive Committee/Non-Executive Director search and board advisory experience spanning private and public sectors. He has developed a particular expertise and interest in how the private sector interacts commercially with the public/third sector(s) and the associated challenges with transferring knowledge and skills between the two. Rupert works with a number of clients with special ownership/membership structures and purposes beyond profit (professional associations, mutual societies), matching his strong passions in pursing an ethical approach to business and the highest levels of quality/innovation in service provision. Prior to joining Warren Partners, Rupert spent four years within Capita plc's executive search business, with responsibility for private/public sector interface mandates across all search practices including Mutuality, Not-for-Profit and Social Enterprise/Engagement ventures. Previous commercial experience has included several years as a Managing Director of a resourcing business supporting the activities of the Reliance Security Group, particularly in the area of outsourced managed service provision. 15 years of Rupert's early career was spent within HM Forces.
