Biography

Mr. Richard Davies served as a Principal Associate at Eversheds International. He is a Principal Associate in our finance group. He has experience of a wide range of banking and finance work including acquisition finance, refinancing and restructurings, asset based lending, real estate finance, bilateral and syndicated lending. He also has in-depth experience of acting on cross-border financings for both banks and borrowers. His recent experience includes acting for a hotel group on its UK expansion, acting for a major lender in respect of its facilities to a household name in the in the retail sector and acting for an airline in relation to its corporate banking facilities. He has also advised both banks and borrowers on a number of transactions in the food and drink sector including advising a bank in connection with its facilities to a leading drinks manufacturer. He also delivers training to a number of our banking clients. He is also noted in the editorial of the latest edition of the Legal 500 for Banking and Finance.
