Biography

Ms. Christine Kain serves as Partner at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath. Ms. Christine Kain served as Associate at Faegre Baker Daniels. She is a member of Faegre Baker Daniels' litigation practice, where she concentrates on product liability litigation, including the defense of pharmaceutical companies and device manufacturers. Christine has been involved in multidistrict and large-scale product liability litigation, with experience managing offensive and defensive discovery issues; conducting depositions of opposing parties, doctors and other fact witnesses; and briefing and arguing procedural, discovery, dispositive and trial motions. She has served as national and local counsel in matters involving contraceptives, bisphosphonates, hormone replacement therapy, antipsychotic medications, medical devices and asbestos.
