A seasoned search professional with more than 20 years of experience, Eduardo has completed assignments for Chairmen, Directors, CEOs, and other senior general management roles for leading global multinationals, as well as for premier regional and domestic companies. Most of Eduardo's search work focuses on general management types of roles for different industries, spanning from multinational corporations to family-owned businesses. Prior to joining Kingsley Gate, Eduardo led the start-up CTPartners as a founder and partner in Latin America. Earlier, as a Senior Partner with Heidrick & Struggles, he held prominent leadership roles while maintaining an active search practice. He served as Managing Partner of the Peru and Brazil offices, later relocating to Madrid, where he was Managing Partner of Southern Europe and Latin America. He was then selected to serve as Global Managing Partner of all practices. A global executive, Eduardo's diverse career includes senior executive positions in emerging and established business centers with major multinational operations in Europe and South America. He gained a deep understanding of business practices and cultures while on assignments in Spain, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Venezuela.Eduardo is a graduate of Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Multilingual, he is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. He is a member of YPO WPO and a Reserve Officer with the Chilean Navy. Eduardo is developing his professional life between our Madrid and Santiago de Chile offices. He earnedhis Degree in 1981.
