Brooks Ritchey General Information

Biography

Mr. Brooks Ritchey served as Chairman, Portfolio Manager, and Member of the Executive Committee at K2 Advisors. He works with the Investment Management teams to analyze the market and macroeconomic conditions, determine asset allocation tilts, and manage absolute return, multi-asset, and risk overlay portfolios. He is also a member of the Japan Investment Committee and the K2 Advisors Guideline Committee. He began his investment career in 1982 as a proprietary trader for the NYSE Specialist Firm of Conklin, Cahill & Co. Since 1987, He has successfully managed multi-asset mutual fund and hedge fund portfolios while located in New York and Paris during his employment with organizations including Steinhardt Partners, Citibank, Finch Asset Management, Paribas, AIG, and ING. He graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 1982.
