Biography

Mr. Sean Reilly served as Managing Principal at Rath Capital Partners. Reilly co-founded & served as Chief Executive Officer at Rubicon Holdings. He was Director at Expense Reduction Analysts. Before that he was the founder of Accelerant Inc. a regional multimillion dollar regional staffing firm based in Massachusetts, which he grew from zero to over $35 million in revenue. He was the founder and Managing Partner of Rubicon Holdings Inc a financial consulting and advisory firm. Sean has started and operated 3 startups in varying industries. Prior to that he was involved in Global Securities lending and technology working for several prominent public and private investment banks including Brown Brothers Harriman and State Street. Sean has a BSBA from Bryant College (University) and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He has spoken on topics including team building and motivation as well as working with young professionals on career development and alignment. In his free time, you can find him either on the golf course or still trying to perfect his lacrosse game.
