Biography

Mr. Richard Pembroke co-founded Datanet Marketing Services. Mr.Pembroke co-founded, owned, and served as Senior Director and Chief Operating Officer at Matchdeck. Mr. Pembroke served as Chairman at Intelligent Debt Management. Mr. Pembroke co-founded several successful companies both in the UK and South Africa. They include Datanet Marketing Services Ltd that was sold in March 2000 to FTSE listed Eckoh Technologies and Rivals Digital Media (RDM), a digital publishing business with offices in London and Cape Town that was acquired by AIM listed UK Betting Plc in December 2003. Richard has extensive experience in running businesses in Africa including two years managing Global Africa Network's interests in West Africa. Richard is also Chairman of IDM Holdings an integrated financial services company that employs over 300 people in South Africa having been a seed investor and non-executive director since 2004. He returned to the UK in July 2010 after 7 years in Africa and co-founded Frontier Market Intelligence (now Matchdeck) with Chris Pilling in 2012.
