Biography

Mr. Zhonglei Wang is a Co-Founder & serves as Chief Executive Officer at Huayi Brothers Media. He graduated from Beijing Youth University for Political Sciences. He graduated from Beijing Youth Political Academy; founded Huayi Brothers together with his elder brother Wang Zhongjun in 1994; in 1998, he took charge of Huayi Brothers film and television business, and led Huayi Brothers to launch more than 100 excellent movies that are deeply loved by audiences. Movie works, the total box office of the main film exceeds 20 billion yuan, and it has won the box office champion of Chinese-language films for many times, becoming the first brand of Chinese-language films, and has also become the industry-recognized "Golden Producer" of Chinese-language films. In 2016, he shifted his main energy to the overall operation of the group, and began to take full charge of the development and linkage of the main business sectors of the group. Mr. Wang Zhonglei has won the 2008 Outstanding Contributor to the Entertainment Industry, the 2008 China Creative Industry Annual Award Leading Figure, the 2010 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Award, the 2013 China Top Ten Marketing Figures, the 2015 Influential Figure, the 2016 Film Producer, Baijia Media's annual tribute to filmmakers, the "Film Industry Leader Award" of the Sino-US Film Summit, the 2018 Belt and Road Influential Figures in Radio, Film, and Television, and "Variety"'s 2018 Global Entertainment Industry's 500 Most Influential Leaders and many other awards were selected. Mr. Wang Zhonglei also serves as the vice chairman of the China TV Drama Production Industry Association, the vice chairman of the China Film Distribution and Projection Association, the vice chairman of the Young Film Workers Committee of the China Film Association, and the chairman of the Hengdian Film and Television Industry Association.
