Biography

Ms. Ayelet Krispin served as Partner at Gross Kleinhendler Hodak Halevy Greenberg & Co. She joined GKH in 2005 as an articled clerk and became an associate in 2006.Ayelet Krispin specializes in securities law, corporate law and M&A. Ayelet leads complex projects that combine legal aspects from various fields and regularly advises public companies and reporting corporations in Israel on various issues of securities law, corporate law, corporate governance and financing. Ayelet mainly represents Israeli companies in various aspects related to raising capital and debt in Israel and accompanies IPO and secondary issues. Ayelet has extensive experience in accompanying the IPO process of private Israeli companies, as well as foreign companies seeking to raise debt or capital on the stock exchange in Israel. Ayelet also specializes in corporate law and represents Israeli public companies in various aspects of corporate law and corporate governance, including, among other, advising directors, audit committees with respect to ongoing aspects and unique issues such as controlling shareholders transactions, training for managers and directors, shareholder disputes, etc. In addition, Ayelet specializes in mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions (both bank and non-bank) of private and public companies, including acquisition of control, shares, acquisition of assets and activities, etc. Ayelet clientele includes some of Israel's leading public companies in various fields such as retail, entrepreneurial real estate, holdings and logistics, Marketing and investment management.
