Biography

Ms. Tracy Gibson served as a Principal Associate at Eversheds International. She is a principal associate in our UK Corporate Real Estate Practice Group. She specialises in corporate support transactions, real estate acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and property management for a range of clients but with particular emphasis on the Education and Healthcare sectors. She leads the education real estate team for the north west region, acting for several Russell Group Universities and a number of local Further Education colleges on acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant matters. Tracy is also a member of our dedicated student accommodation team providing advice to our HE clients nationally in connection with the management and operation of student accommodation and the drafting of student tenancy agreements. In the FE sector, Tracy has recently acted for several colleges on the sale subject to overage and conditional on planning of part of their existing campus; and advised a further college on the acquisition, subject to development obligations, of a new site for their main campus. In the Healthcare sector, Tracy has acted for several operators on the acquisition and disposal of portfolios of operating care homes. In additional, Tracy has extensive experience in large scale corporate transactions (disposals, acquisitions and re-financing) requiring certificates of title for a portfolio of properties, both drafting and reviewing certificates herself and also project managing transactions.
