Biography

Ms. Sapna Patel serves as Executive at ICV Group. Prior to joining ICV, she served as Managing Director for SeedInvest, a New York-based, venture-backed FinTech firm, where she led the expansion of operations into the Southeast Region of the United States; sourced early- to late-stage venture investment opportunities in the range of $5M to $50M for investors within her national network; and, led a $10M capital placement initiative for the firm's first Seed Fund. Prior to this, Sapna advised Family Offices while working for SignatureFD. Sapna also played an integral role in the firm's SignatureWOMEN initiative, designed to educate and empower women on how to accumulate and preserve wealth in order to achieve financial freedom. Sapna earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of Georgia and a Master's Degree in Accounting from Georgia State University. She is a candidate for the Uniform CPA Exam. Sapna believes in giving back to the community through education and serves as a Registered Yoga Teacher and member of The Yoga Alliance, the largest nonprofit association of yoga teachers and schools.
