Biography

Ms. Natalia Ontiveros served as Senior Associate & Senior Manager at Jausas. She has 20 years of experience. Before joining the department of Commercial Law and M&A of JAUSAS, she worked for 17 years in the Corporate and M&A services of Ernst & Young, where she participated in numerous operations of company purchase/sale, investment and disinvestment operations of venture capital companies, restructuring processes, reorganizations and mergers. She has proven experience in the counseling of Spanish and foreign multinational companies in international transactions and investment operations. In addition, she has participated in numerous due diligence processes and in mergers and acquisitions in a wide range of business sectors (from the production of automobiles and automotive products to the energy sector, passing through that of transport, retail and technological commerce). Her career is characterized by continuous counseling to clients, assisting them in matters of her specialty, and also in other subjects, through coordination with other areas.
