Biography

Mr. Johan Joos serves as a Partner at Eversheds Sutherland. He leads the real assets and regulatory practice in Belgium. He focuses on real asset development, finance, investment, and management, as well as on related regulatory matters. His holistic practice cuts across all legal and strategic aspects of energy and natural resources, environment and planning, projects and infrastructure, and real estate and construction. He has been involved in many of Belgium's largest real asset projects and transactions over the past decade, acting for both local and multinational companies, primarily in the chemical, energy, hospitality, real estate, and retail sectors, as well as for clients dealing with the public sector.
