Biography

Mr. H. David de Laureal is a Founder and serves as a Managing Partner at Carr's Hill Partners. Mr. de Laureal serves as Board Member at AXIS Industrial Services. Mr. de Laureal served as Managing Director at Bernhard Capital Partners. He serves as a member of the Investment Committee and the Portfolio Committee and is involved in all areas of the firm's investment activities. Mr. de Lauréal brings extensive private equity experience to BCP. He served as Principal at TowerBrook Capital Partners in New York, NY where he was actively involved in investment sourcing, structuring, diligence and deal execution and monitoring of portfolio companies, as well as fundraising. Mr. de Lauréal also served on the board of directors of Shale-Inland Holdings, LLC. While at TowerBrook, Mr. de Lauréal focused predominantly on the industrial equipment & services and consumer sectors. Prior to joining TowerBrook, Mr. de Lauréal was a member of the Transportation Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch, executing capital markets and M&A transactions for clients in the shipping and airline industries. Mr. de Lauréal received his B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and his M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
