Biography

Mr. Timothy Poche served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Partner & Member of the Investment, Valuation, and Portfolio Review Committees at Bernhard Capital Partners. He served as Board Member at Charah Solutions. He serves as a member of the Investment Committee and oversees finance, compliance, and financial reporting. Prior to joining BCP, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for The Shaw Group. Along with this role, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the largest operating segment at Shaw, Shaw Power. Before his time with Shaw, he spent 22 years with Deloitte & Touche LLP. During his tenure at Deloitte & Touche LLP, he served as Office Managing Partner and Professional Practice Director in New Orleans, Louisiana where he was responsible for all New Orleans marketplace activities for the assurance, tax, and consulting service lines. Prior to that, he was Audit Services Partner/Lead Client Service Partner in Houston, TX where he worked with multi-national, Fortune 500 companies operating in the utility, services, and midstream sectors of the energy industry. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
