Joshua Kalb JD General Information

Biography

Mr. Joshua Kalb served as Counsel at Hunton Andrews Kurth. His practice focuses on litigation, particularly intellectual property litigation. Josh is primarily an IP litigator whose practice focuses on creating and preserving value in IP assets through aggressive enforcement and protection of IP rights. Josh has represented numerous companies in high-stakes patent, trademark, and copyright litigation. In addition to litigation work, Josh has experience negotiating and drafting IP licenses, assignments, and coexistence agreements. He has also assisted in the prosecution of trademark and copyright registrations. Josh is admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals for Eleventh Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the Georgia Supreme Court. His litigation experience includes successfully trying a case to a jury in Georgia Superior Court, and conducting an oral argument before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. While in law school, Josh served as a student senator for his class. Since joining Hunton & Williams, he has been actively involved in the planning and administration of the Atlanta office's summer associate program.
