Biography

Ms. Raluca Florea serves as Director at Decarbonization Partners. She served as Vice President at Bregal Energy. She also served as Board Member at IMG Midstream. Previously, Raluca spent three years at Procter & Gamble, designing and implementing the financial strategy of 12 brands in nine different geographies, including portfolio optimization and product launches into new markets. Her corporate finance work helped secure the market-leader position of the brands under her oversight. Raluca has a B.S. in International Business from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, where she grew up. She also holds an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
