Biography

Mr. Marc Sulam serves as Board Member at Interstate Waste Services. Mr. Sulam served as Industry Advisor at Brightwood Capital Advisors. He was the Founder and Managing Member of Healy Circle Capital LLC, a long-short equity hedge fund, from 2001 to 2011 and is currently a private investor in a number of private companies. Previously, he was a 7-time first team Institutional Investor all- American equity research analyst at both Kidder, Peabody and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette from 1984 to 1999. In addition, at DLJ from 1999 to 2000, he was the head of Domestic Equity Trading which included the firms' listed and NASDAQ trading and sales trading desks, NYSE floor operations, and program and corporate buyback activities. He was a member of DLJ's Hall of Fame. He is a former member of Georgetown's Board of Regents, the Board of Directors of the Wall Street Alliance and the 1789 Society as well as the Baruch College Dean's council. He is a guest lecturer at the Georgetown McDonough School of Business and the Stern School at NYU. He lives and works in New York City.
