Biography

Mr. Britt Barclay serves as Chief Executive Officer at Forfend Industries. He is the Founder and serves as Managing Partner at Telson Capital. He served as Associate, Investment Banking at Cronus Partners. He co-founded and served as Managing Partner at Timoneer Strategic Partners. Before co-founding Timoneer Strategic Partners, he was an investment banker at City Capital, and at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, where he advised on a wide range of transaction structures through the execution of buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and other advisory experience across a spectrum of industries, supporting client engagements through due diligence, financial and strategic analysis, valuation and other services. He attended Miami University of Ohio's Richard T. Farmer School of Business, where he received a B.S. in both Accounting and Finance; he completed his MBA at the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business at Saint Louis University.
