Biography

Mr. Robert Norris serves as Chief Financial Officer & President at AMP. He served as Chief Financial Officer at VoltaGrid. Mr. Norris served as Chief Financial Officer at Legacy Reserves. He served as Principal at The Catalyst Group (Houston). He also served as the Board Member at YPS Anesthesia Services. He is responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities, structuring and negotiating transactions, leading due diligence and managing portfolio investments. He was formerly the Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy at Civeo Corporation, a spin-off of Oil States International. Prior to that, Mr. Norris was Executive General Manager - Business Development of an Australian subsidiary of Civeo, where he was responsible for leading the marketing, sales and real estate development team. Prior to Civeo, Mr. Norris served as Vice President, Corporate Development at the Oil States and was charged with corporate strategy development and the execution of the company's acquisition strategy, which included 33 acquisitions and two divestitures. Mr. Norris has experience in strategy development as well as in sourcing, structuring and executing investment opportunities. Norris holds a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
