Biography

Ms. Marie Martini served as Chief Administrative Officer and Vice President, Client Services at Morgan Samuels. Prior to joining Morgan Samuels, Marie was the Executive Director of Executive Recruiting Programs at USAA where she was responsible for all executive hiring as well as the implementation of best-in-class processes and procedures. Previously, she was a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at The Coca-Cola Company where she supported more than 7,000 employees in the Global Supply Chain Organization. Marie began her executive search career in New York City in 1992. Since that time, she has successfully conducted searches in a variety of industries including telecommunications, technology, consumer products, utilities, financial services, transportation, hardware, software, and manufacturing. Her broad experiences have afforded her the opportunity to interface with clients as well as candidates at all levels within organizations. Marie's background includes significant senior level client management, client needs analysis, candidate identification and development, and strategic consulting.
