Biography

Ms. Bridget Spaulding serves as Chief Financial Officer at Grace Matthews. Before joining Grace Matthews, she worked as a Managing Director at the New York Stock Exchange for nearly a decade where her responsibilities included managing finance and operations staff, overseeing the audit and compliance function, and developing strategic initiatives for the market data business. Also in that role, Bridget developed significant regulatory experience working with the Securities and Exchange Commission and FINRA through chairing the industrywide Committee governing the dissemination of NASDAQ quotes and trade data. Bridget holds an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), and graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. degree in accounting from Miami University of Ohio. During her academic work, Bridget was recognized as a Beta Gamma Sigma Scholar and received the William D. Stiles - Deloitte & Touche Memorial Scholarship.
