Biography
Mr. Adam Gray serves as a Partner in Trial and Global Disputes at King & Spalding. He is a senior associate in the Business Litigation Practice Group in the Austin office. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts and before arbitration panels, including before the AAA, FINRA, LCIA, and ICA. He has significant experience representing companies in energy, construction, antitrust, fiduciary duty, and contract disputes. Before joining King & Spalding LLP in 2013, he practiced in San Francisco with the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He received his J.D. with High Honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was a member of the Texas Law Review and Order of the Coif. From 2008-2009, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Emilio M. Garza on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
