Biography

Mr. Keith Innes serves as Managing Director - Investor Relations at Virtus Real Estate Capital. He served as Managing Director at Fiera Capital. He is a member of the Private Alternatives team, where he is primarily involved with Asian Private Lending strategies. Based in New York, he is responsible for supporting Business Development and Investor Relations activities across the Private Alternatives space. Prior to its acquisition by Fiera Capital, he joined Clearwater in 2014 and was a member of the Firm's Management Committee. He has more than 25 years of experience in credit and private equity. He began his career with London stockbroker, Philips & Drew, as an equity analyst and then joined Lehman Brothers spending thirteen years in credit sales in Europe and Asia. He subsequently joined Banque Indosuez in Hong Kong where he helped to start and then managed the bank's Asian debt business. Over the last seven years, he has worked on planning global campaigns and raising alternative asset funds at Forum Partners and Mitsubishi Corporation while being based in both the U.S. and Europe. He holds a Master of Arts degree with honors in Political Economy from the University of Glasgow.
