Biography

Mr. Ken Johnston served as Operating Partner at Consumer Growth Partners. Mr. Johnston has more than 20 years' experience as a senior level restaurant and food/beverage industry executive with both public and private companies. Mr. Johnston is the former SVP of Global Business Development and Divisional VP of the Triarc Companies as well as Senior Director at Pepsico Canada. He has been the CEO of Clear Vision Management LLC and was involved in the investment, operations and subsequent divestiture of two franchised restaurant brands Shoney's and Dunkin' Donuts. As the Founder of Clear Vision Advisors LLC and Managing Director of the Mayfair Group, Mr. Johnston served as a senior level advisor to well-known international brands such as Morton's, Outback Steakhouse and Steak 'n Shake as well as private companies such as Raving Brands and Petrus Brands. Mr. Johnston holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada and is a dual citizen of Canada and the U.S.
