Biography

Mr. Wendell Brooks serves as Chief Executive Officer at Natron Energy. Mr. Brooks is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Partner and Advisor at Snowcloud Capital. He served as Board Member at SambaNova Systems. He served as President at Intel Capital. He was responsible for leading, managing, and driving Intel's mergers and acquisition strategy and execution. He has spent 23 years in the investment banking industry split nearly equally between Europe and the United States. Before joining Intel, he served as a managing director in mergers and acquisitions for Allen & Company. He opened the company's London office in 2008 and worked to build a European team and presence across the media, technology, and telecommunications industries. In 2012, he returned to the United States to focus on large-cap media and Internet transactions. Prior to Allen & Company, he worked for 15 years as a managing director for Citigroup. He began his career at Citigroup focused on executing transactions in the media and entertainment sectors. Then he moved to London to run Citigroup's European media practice and was later promoted to head Citigroup's European telecom, media, and technology group. While there, he built and managed a team of professionals executing mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, equity financings, and restructurings. He received a bachelor's degree in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA degree from the University of Chicago.
