Biography

Mr. Martyn Webster served as Chief Financial Officer at RefleXion Medical. He served as Chief Financial Officer at Vital Connect. He brings 25 years of finance and accounting experience to Vital Connect. Most recently he was the Chief Accounting Officer at Intermune prior to its acquisition by Roche before which he was the CFO at Liveclicker, for whom he continues to serve as a member of their advisory Board. Prior to Liveclicker he worked as Vice President of Finance and Controller at XenoPort and VISX. He also worked at PwC for 13 years where he was engaged in various roles including audit, consulting, M&A transactional services and internal practice management. He earned his BA degree from the University of Nottingham and his MBA from Santa Clara University. He is also a California CPA and an inactive UK Chartered Accountant.
