Thierry Melly Ph.D General Information

Biography

Dr. Melly was a Co-Founder at SiGear. He holds a M.S.E.E. and Ph.D. from the Swiss Institute of Technology. During his career he developed several very low-power architecture and circuits dedicated to battery-powered transceivers that are still used in some of the best product of their class today. Since 2005, he was in charge of a TV tuner design group, where he worked on improving the performances and lowering the power and size of silicon tuners products. He created, staffed and managed successfully a design center in Europe and has extensive experience designing SiGe as well as CMOS products.
