Biography

Ms. Lynnette Rhodes served as Executive Vice President at Human Arc. Previously she founded and served as President at L&S Associates. Lynnette Rhodes is an Executive Vice President and a senior adviser reporting to Human Arc Chief Executive Officer Michael J. Baird. She is a lifelong Michigander and a leader with wide administrative experience in Michigan public health care assistance management. Lynnette joined the Human Arc family in 2012 when Human Arc acquired L&S Associates (Lansing, Mich.), where she was founder and President. L&S is a leading supplier of Medicaid and Social Security disability income eligibility screening and enrollment services to Michigan's hospitals. Lynnette established L&S in 1990 and built it steadily over 22 years into a firm that is comprised of hundreds of professionals who today continue to help Michigan hospitals secure millions of dollars in added reimbursement. Key to the company's growth were Lynnette's extensive knowledge of Michigan Medicaid and other assistance protocols and procedures; her positive relationships with state and local assistance agencies; and her passionate advocacy for the uninsured and under-insured residents of her state, as well as those with disabilities. Her objective has always been to strengthen the financial positions of L&S clients by maximizing access to health care and income benefits among the most at-risk members of their patient populations. In 2012, L&S Associates was recognized as one of only four Lansing Area Employers of the Year by Capital Area Michigan Works (CAMW) for workforce development of that area's best and brightest. Ever active in Michigan social services and public affairs, Lynnette has served as a board member of the Lansing Habitat for Humanity, the Michigan League for Public Policy, and the Strategic Economic and Investment Commercialization (SEIC) Board of the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC).
