Biography

Mr. Jamie Ardrey served as Managing Director at Teneo Capital. Before joining Sterne Agee CRT, Mr. Ardrey was the President and Chief Executive Officer at Laura Secord, LLC where he was responsible for the management of Canada's largest chain of chocolate and ice cream shops and directing the turnaround of the company by consolidating operations, revitalizing the product line and renewing 150 mall-based shops. Before his role at Laura Secord, Mr. Ardrey worked on transactions such as the financing and start-up of Fuze Beverage, Inc., and was Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Aurora Foods, Inc. where he arranged and negotiated financing for the acquisition of over $1 billion of under-performing food brands including Duncan Hines baking mixes, Lender's bagels, Log Cabin syrup and Chef's Choice skillet meals. Mr. Ardrey's early career included positions as a Managing Director in the Consumer Products Group at PaineWebber Incorporated and as a Management Consultant at Booz, Allen & Hamilton.
