Biography
Mr. Jon Lanners serves as Partner at Onward Investors. In his role at Onward, Jon is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and managing opportunistic credit-related real estate opportunities. He served as Managing Director at Castlelake. He joined Castlelake in 2010 and is part of the Specialty Finance team, focused on private market opportunities in commercial and industrial loan portfolios and equipment leases. Prior to joining Castlelake, he was with the Industrial Growth investment banking group at Piper Jaffray, where he executed leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, corporate restructurings, and initial public offerings. He received a B.A. from the University of St. Thomas in finance and economics, magna cum laude.
