Biography

Mr. Poju Zabludowicz serves as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Tamares Group. He was the Chairman of Tamares Telecom. He is the Board Member of Mustavaaran Kaivos. Mr. Zabludowicz serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Tamares Private Equity and Tamares Real Estate. He has led Tamares Group since 1990. He was trained with a leading commercial bank in Frankfurt before joining Tamares Group. Mr. Zabludowicz has been a Director of Outotec Oyj since March 2012. Mr. Zabludowicz has since also become a Member of a number of external Boards including the European Advisory Board of Citigroup, the Board of Directors of GEMS, and the Advisory Board of Stratos Ventures. He has been the Chairman of the Advisory Board at Synova Capital LLP since 2007. He has a particular interest in art. Mr. Zabludowicz is a Co-founder of The Zabludowicz Collection and has been its Trustee since 1994. He has been a Director of Tate Modern International since 1999. He serves as a Member of the Advisory Board of GEMS Funds. He has been a Member of the Board of Mustavaara Kaivos Oy since 2011; Member of the Board of Kiasma since 2009. He has been a Patron of the Finnish British Chamber of Commerce since 2011. He is also involved with the Tate Modern and is a Founder of the Zoo Art Fair. He supports a number of philanthropic activities and is also interested in politics and current affairs. He is fluent in six European languages. Mr. Zabludowicz graduated with a degree in Economics and Political Science from Tel Aviv University and was schooled in Finland. He served as Board Member at Ferrovan.
