Biography

Mr. Timothy O'Brien served as Chief Financial Officer at Five Crowns Capital. He has over 20 years of experience in finance and operations working for a number of public accounting firms and middle market to large businesses. He has experience with healthcare, manufacturing, high tech, construction/real estate, financial services and start-up companies. Mr. O'Brien was previously with public accounting firms Ernst & Young LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he was a 3rd year manager. He also has work experience with Toyota, Bank of America, and United Parcel Services (UPS). Over the course of his career, he has participated in various public and private financial statement audits, corporate mergers & acquisitions from buyer and seller perspective, as well as internal control evaluations and financial reviews. Mr. O'Brien also has consulting experience with financial statement audits, from a client perspective, and held temporary Controller/CFO positions at various middle market companies. Mr. O'Brien is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with the State of California and received his B.S. in Accounting from the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
