Biography

Mr. Terry Morgan served as Chief Executive Officer at Niteo Products. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Composites Group (TCG), a former Highlander portfolio company, from 2008 until its sale in 2015. Prior to TCG, he was a founding partner of The Capstone Group. The Capstone Group is a turnaround consulting firm that specializes in providing operational and financial solutions for distressed and underperforming lower-middle-market industrial companies. Terry's experience spans numerous engagements with underperforming companies. He previously has served as a turnaround case team leader in projects that range from traditional manufacturing and distribution companies to construction and media concerns. These engagements included strategic and viability assessments, refinancing, interim management assignments, corporate sale transactions, and structured liquidations. Mr. Morgan has acted in the capacity of an advisor, interim manager and sales agent for numerous companies operating both in and out of Bankruptcy Court protection. He also served as Operating Partner at Highlander Partners.
