Biography

Mr. Jim McCulloch serves as Senior Vice President, Real Estate at Vertical Bridge. Prior to joining the company, Mr. McCulloch was Vice President of Real Estate for Global Tower Partners (GTP) where he ran the Real Estate Department, developed GTP's real estate portfolio, and expanded existing landlord relationships. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. McCulloch has enjoyed a successful career in telecommunications and technology. Previously to GTP, Mr. McCulloch was a partner in DGP Development, a leading provider of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) to hotels and sports stadiums. He also had a successful consulting practice advising buyers, sellers, and owners of hotels and resorts as well as commercial real estate on a variety of technology and financial matters. Mr. McCulloch previously served as Vice President of Information Technology for Destination Hotels and Resorts.
