Biography

Mr. Nick Suranyi is a Co-Founder and serves as a Managing Partner at DiligenceIT Risk Management Score. He understands both business and technology which yields the ability to strategically leverage technology to mitigate risk and solve the toughest issues a firm may face. 18 years of technology related experience combined with an MBA from a top-tier program resulted in his deep understanding of complex issues that affect both business and technology during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. His experience spans both domestic and international operations, across various vertical markets such as automotive, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and telecommunications. A pioneer in the technology diligence and day 1 planning and execution. Nick has been involved in more than 175 merger and acquisition transactions by leading technology diligence assessments, developing assessment frameworks, and conveying risk to private equity firms to ensure alignment between the technical and financial goals. Additionally he been involved multi-billion dollar domestic and multi-national divestitures by both designing and building a technology organization to support the transition and ongoing operations as a standalone entity. Nick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Indiana University and completed a Master in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. He is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth of Chicago.
