Daniel Parlow General Information

Biography

Mr. Daniel Parlow served as Chairman at Arthritis Research Canada. He is a lawyer, entrepreneur, and adventurer. He is currently a Partner at Kornfeld LLP, practicing business and property development litigation. In addition, he is the co-founder of an e-commerce business, mytripjournal.com, and an avid traveler. After being introduced to ARC by a colleague he was impressed by the dedicated staff, research scientist,s and Board Members. Mr. Parlow joined the Board in 2010. Besides his interest in Arthritis Research Canada, he sits on the Board of Directors and the governance committee of Operation Eyesight Universal, which provides eye care, and blindness prevention services in India and sub-Saharan Africa. He also serves as an Advisor of the Vancouver Learning Centre, a partnership of excellence in learning, and of independent consumer protection watchdog BadScienceWatch.ca.
