Andrea Manganelli General Information
Biography
Mr. Andrea Manganelli is the Founder of Next Holding. He co-founded Toscana Finanza. He became the only Italian distributor for Ekamant AB products. In 1981 he acquired a relevant share and this was the beginning of a strong international expansion. During this period, Manganelli invested in other innovative businesses. In 1987, with other Fiorentine entrepreneurs, founded Toscana Finanza S.p.A., which deals with the arbitrage on NPL (non-performing loans). After the IPO in the Borsa Italiana stock exchange, Toscana Finanza was acquired and merged with Banca IFIS S.p.A. Nowadays, Next Holding S.p.A. is Mr. Manganelli's Holding and includes many initiatives in Italy and worldwide. From 1995 he has been a member of the Rotary Club of Fiesole, in 2008 he was honored with the "Paul Harris Fellow". He is also the President of the Chemistry, Plastic and Rubber section and a member of the board of Confindustria Firenze. He also serves as Vice President at Europa Investimenti.
