Biography

Ms. Wang Junwen serves as a Partner at King & Wood Mallesons. She served as a Partner at SJ Berwin. Ms. Wang Junwen specializes in real estate and corporate matters. She provides comprehensive legal services in every aspect of real-estate development. Her legal services include pre-development planning, transfer of state-owned land use rights, construction, presale and sales of real estate, leasing, realty management, mortgage loans, corporate restructuring, and the transfer of real-estate projects. She also represents clients in real estate litigation and arbitration cases. Before joining King & Wood Mallesons, she worked at the Tianjin Intermediate People's Court, the Tianjin International Exhibition Center, Beijing Zhong Lun Law Firm, Vinson & Elkins LLP in Singapore, Harry Elias Partnership in Singapore, and the PRC's UN Permanent Representative in Geneva, Switzerland. Ms. Wang obtained her LL.B. from the China University of Political Science and Law. Ms. Wang was admitted as a Chinese lawyer in 1994 and is proficient in Chinese and English.
