Biography

Mr. Filipp Chebotarev serves as Chief Operating Officer & General Partner at Cambridge Companies SPG. Mr. Chebotarev serves as Board Member at Coconut Cult. He served as Board Member at Foodstirs. He serves as Board Member at Coconut Cult and Sol-ti. As Chief Operating Officer of Cambridge Companies, he oversees all daily operations, develops and maintains strategic partnerships, and drives initiatives for organizational growth. He graduated from the University of California Irvine with honors and went on to obtain a wide array of experience in politics, business, revenue operations, and organizational development. While working at the 39th Congressional District of California he maintained and developed new relationships with business, government, community,y and other constituency groups. He was responsible for various reporting aspects to keep Congressman Ed Royce informed on local and national scale events that had an impact on legislation and political positions relevant to the Representative and his District. He later transitioned into a corporate role with DaVita and worked from the Irvine, CA corporate business office. During his tenure, he was directly responsible for the Revenue Operations of two of the largest billing regions that make up the organization. He oversaw weekly and monthly billing cycles for regions that comprise roughly 70% of the U.S. market oversaw the revenue integration of several key acquisitions and JV partners, and reviewed Revenue Operations and Compliance reports by SOX (Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002) Aside from Revenue Operations he was a leading member of the National Innovation Committee which focused on organizational development, process engineering, process improvement, and team building. His team was responsible for adding 700 new dialysis centers and eventually integrating these acquisitions into the parent company. His efforts also contributed to new JV partnerships for DaVita in nine countries. At Cambridge,e he also oversees corporate public relations campaigns and evaluates investments for discernible social impact. The programs are aligned with Federal, State, and Local redevelopment efforts and have international investment support, most notably in the enterprise zone on the Las Vegas Strip, Downtown Las Vegas, and the City of Henderson. He is considered one of the nation's top subject matter experts on complex land-use and environmental matters. He has extensive experience in finance and organizational development. Mr. Chebotarev is an industrial, high-rise hospitality and multi-family developer with a primary focus in the Las Vegas metro region and Southern California.
