His passion for the implementation of Registry Best Practice has seen him consult with numerous country code Top-Level Domain and generic Top-Level Domain Registry Operators, Regulators and Administrators across our portfolio of clients.Raymond has been instrumental in the implementation of new policies and procedures for the Group, resulting in better Quality Assurance systems and higher levels of customer satisfaction. His hands-on approach has gained him the respect of his staff and ensures senior management involvement in daily projects.Prior to joining Bombora Technologies, Raymond had committed over ten years to managing operations for one of Australia's leading entertainment and hospitality venues.
