Biography

Mr. Philip Veal serves as Managing Director at ForthCo. He served as Chairman & Board Member at Magic Memories. He sits in one of two Pioneer Capital seats on the Board. He is a business leader and investor and was recently Chief Executive of Rangatira, a private investment company. Before Rangatira, he ran the New York-based M&A consulting company PIPC. He is the Global Chair of Kea, New Zealand's global talent network. He started his career as a civil engineer working on major capital projects in Asia and Europe. He served as a Board Member at Hellers. He holds a BE in Civil Engineering from the University of Canterbury in 1991.
