Ms. Michele Vanderstreet serves as Special Counsel at McCarter & English. She joined the firm as an associate in 2001 after serving as a judicial clerk for the Honorable John C. Lifland, United States District Court Judge for the District of New Jersey. In 2005, Mrs. Vanderstreet joined Wachovia Bank's Legal Division and served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel through 2008, at which time she returned to McCarter & English, LLP. Mrs. Vanderstreet focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, financial services litigation, securities litigation, shareholder derivative litigation, and white-collar criminal defense matters. Mrs. Vanderstreet has also worked on complex environmental litigation and insurance broker litigation.
