Patrick Laroche General Information
Biography
Mr. Patrick Laroche served as Principal, Real Estate & Chief Investment Officer, Europe and Asia at Quilvest Capital Partners. He is responsible for originating and executing primary fund investments and direct investments / co-investments in the real estate markets of Europe and Asia. Before joining Quilvest, he was a real estate investment manager in Deutsche Bank's Asset & Wealth Management Group, where he also held various investment committee memberships. During his tenure at DB's AWM, he was responsible for originating and structuring core-plus, value-added, and opportunistic fund investments or co-investment opportunities for DB AWM's clients on an advisory basis. Before that, he spent over 6 years in real estate fund management teams at Citri Property Investors and Deutsche Bank's Real Estate Opportunities Group (RREEF), where he held positions of increasing responsibilities in transaction execution and asset management oversight. Before joining Deutsche Bank, he spent two years in the mergers and acquisitions department of Lazard Frères in Paris. He is a graduate of HEC (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales) in Paris.
