Mr. Suresh Jain is the Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director at Sun Capital Advisory Services. He serves as an Executive at JITO Angel Network. He serves as Managing Partner at Sunicon Ventures. He also served as a Board Member at Nicheken Technologies. He is also the founder of Networth Stock Broking, a company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange. He then founded Sun Capital Advisory Services Private a financial advisory firm that also serves the global market through its associate firm, Sun Global Investments, (which is based in London and registered with FSA-UK and has a presence in Dubai and USA). His experience with capital markets and specialized financial acumen as a Chartered Accountant has guided several path-breaking deals with Domestic and International clients. He has orchestrated hundreds of processes extracting billions in transaction value for clients through transactions in equities, fundraising, offerings in international markets, structured finance, strategic re-structuring, management, leveraged buyouts, and management advisory. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounts from Chinai College, Andheri, Mumbai.
