Biography

Mr. Dennis Rowland served as Chief Operating Officer at Endogenx. Mr. Rowland has over 30 years of experience in general management of private and public companies, serving as CFO, COO, Executive VP and President of several emerging technology companies. He has helped realize shareholder liquidity through IPO and merger, including the sale of C2B Technologies to Inktomi Corporation, Hotel Information Systems to MAI Systems Corporation, and the initial public offering of Geoworks, Inc. He has managed diverse functions from finance, personnel and legal affairs to sales and marketing, and has developed and managed strategic relationships and distribution arrangements in Europe, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia. Mr. Rowland received an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
