Biography

Mr. Kenneth Perry founded & served as Chief Executive Officer, Director & Chairman at servicesdot. He founded the company and served as Chief Executive Officer, Board Member, and President at BulldogIT. Mr. Perry also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of GKPS, Inc. (Formerly Symphony Healthcare Corporation). He has 18 years of healthcare operations, finance, and information systems experience. In 1998 he was a founding member of the management team of IASIS Healthcare Corporation, the seventh-largest investor-owned hospital company in the United States. At IASIS, Mr. Perry served as President and Chief Executive Officer from February 1998 to November 1998, as Chief Financial Officer from November 1998 to November 1999, and as Vice President of Operations and Finance from November 1999 to November 2000. During his employment at IASIS, Mr. Perry was instrumental in developing the information systems strategy for IASIS, including the restructuring of clinical and financial systems as part of its e-strategy. Prior to his association with IASIS, Mr. Perry served as Assistant Vice President of Finance for UniPhy Healthcare, a physician practice management company, from August 1996 to March 1998. From 1995 to 1996, Mr. Perry served as Chief Financial Officer for the Utah Division of Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corporation, which included serving on the Board of Directors of Intergroup of Utah (HMO). From 1987 to 1995, Mr. Perry served as Western Region Division Assistant Vice President and Director of Capital Management for HealthTrust. Prior to 1987, Mr. Perry was employed by Hospital Corporation of America. He serves as Director of GKPS. He served as Director of IASIS from February 1998 to November 1998 and from November 1998 to November 1999.
